About Us

ILUM Creations is a new company based in southwest Virginia. It was founded by partners in business and in life, Steve and Arlene Wilmouth. We are collectors of die-cast and have long-wanted to design our own line. The love of horses being shared by many of both families led us to the idea of "Horse Power". We hope that our design will be appreciated by both collectors and equestrians alike.
